If the code is auto generated would it be possible to generate it for each build?
Interesting question; I shall have to ask it. I *think*, in actual fact, that it was *originally* generated, but has since been tweaked manually or with scripts. Or it may have been done in an 'alien' environment (Cygwin or Linux) to the Windows-only build process.
