Well, I think it's probably a little esoteric. :) Maybe it isn't a good
logo if you don't know the stories about the fantastic memories
elephants are supposed to have.
For the record, that is what I have always guessed the Postgres logo to
symbolize. Perhaps there's another story to it.

Well, now I know what the significance of the elephant is. Maybe I'm
just dense, but for years I've never really got it and never really
bothered to look into it. I'd imagine I'm not the only one though.
