If you still get that error, you might want to check to see if you have pre-compiled some JSP files and put them directly into your web application. If you've done that, you will need to discard the precompiled JSPs and re-compile them with the new JSP precompiler: precompiling JSPs requires that you re-precompile the JSP files every time you change the Tomcat version -- even a minor patch release, just to be sure.
