Use the tomcat5.exe and tomcat5w.exe from the
more recent versions (e.g. 5.5.27)
Before overwriting make sure neither the service nor the manager app
is running.
Start the service and manager.
Right click on the manager icon in system try and select 'Thread Dump'
from the pop-up menu.
Inside logs\jakarta-service-XXX.log you should have your thread dump.
