I note that the README says that 1.1.12 is the current stable version. Is there a compelling reason to go for 1.1.16? Hmm, that said the repository I looked at only had up to 1.1.14.

The only one I'm aware of is tcnative-1.dll, and it's normally placed in Tomcat's bin directory.
