Switching the velocity and html tag seems to do the trick: {{velocity}}{{html}}#info("The IBOutlet classifier can be moved to the property definition if you like"){{/html}}{{/velocity}}
BTW I would love to add a comment or edit the Macro description on http://code.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Macros/InfoMacro#Comments but I cannot figure out how to register.
