Yes, unit names in English form plurals in the usual grammatical
manner, so it's 273.15 kelvins. An argument that goes nowhere except to
point out that opinions differ is whether one would say 0.1 kelvin or
0.1 kelvins. Since that argument goes nowhere, let's not argue about
that. Style guides differ and are available for the purists.
