The wikipedia page seems to be experiencing difficulty today.

Sorry! The wiki is experiencing some technical difficulties, and cannot
contact the database server.

I have been doing what you told me about going to google and typing
in -feet, -inches, etc.  But if I do to many edits, then I might run the
risk of some luddite un doing them.  I'm hoping my edits go unnoticed enough
that other people make edits after mine and to undo mine would mean to undo
others.
