Hello, folks,

I'm sorry to bother you for this, but I'm in need of assistance.  Can
anyone here provide me with info on how to build this type of forum? 
What I mean is, I'm thinking of creating a 'newsgroup' or something
that I'd run from home which format would resemble this.

In other words. I'd have an e-mail address and run some engine off of
that so that messages addressed to that post would go to a group of
people who would have enrolled for that (free) service.
