hi my name is Dr.Amjad Wrawreh i am Windows user,but
lately i think to change and start to use linux ,but i
end with some problems which are :
1. i do not know how to use Linux because i am new.
2.i try to install linux more than 25time untill now
but always i end wih the same problem which is "I
could not BOOT to LINUX" i use both GRUB & LILO ,when
i use GRUB it hange and i have Msg that tell me that
the System could not load in the memory, in case of
LILO it give me this"LO" and it hang ,
3. i make Boot disk but it boot to linux shell and i
am not fameliar with linux command and so i do not
know how to get GUI for Linux ,i do not know if there
is command like "Win" in Windows OS .
4. About Loadlin ,i read about Loadlin , and i try to
use it ,it give me Msg that it can not load becuse
"not enough Buffer Memory"
5. i want to use Floppy /Cdrom to Boot Linux Graphx
Mode.
6. I have Red Hat Linux 7.2 ,so what do you Advise me
to have Red Hat or Mandrek Linux?bec i plane to buy
Redhat Linux 8.0.
so can you help me ? i hope You can! i looking for

64MB DDRam Agp with TV out,HDD1 Segate 40Gb with
Windows XP on it,HDD2 2500MB Segate which is
Empty,FDD,DVD,cdRW,Pinnacle PCtvsat,Monitor 17",
modem56Kbs.
