Actually macrovision has been on vhs tapes and some tv/cable signals for
years.  Only now it's illegal to even talk about stripping out the
macrovision signal.

What rights?  Umm.  No we must do exactly as the MPAA dictates.  They
know best, after all.

Good thing my video capture card can ignore macrovision.
