As for those of us that are in the Shreveport Louisiana Stake, no facial hair.
Gene R. Cook told the brethren at the adult session of Stake Conference
recently to not have facial hair. Maybe Shreveport only gets that bit of
instruction but I would think that if it doesn't fly in Louisiana... ;-) We
poor Southerners need saving.
