My wife and I got a sony cybershot P92 or something like that for $350.
It is a 5 Megapixel. We were actually just going for the 3.2 megapixel
cybershot P72 which was only like $280, but at the last minute we got
greedy :)

Anyway, so far it's working great. It is small, comes with battery
charger and batteries, does movies at 160x100 or 640x480, 3X optical
zoom, and uses memory stick, not Xd unfortunately. Oh well though, it
is pretty good. We have been pleased.
