This sounds like a great idea, and I'd love to help out, but both
organizations need to be aware that the first two Saturdays in
November will conflict with the annual Scout Pow-Wow on campus.
This is a problem for two reasons:

  1 - it makes it harder to get a room on campus (the Pow-Wow is
      huge, and uses many rooms all over campus)
  2 - it creates a scheduling conflict for potential participants.
