Why?  They're 100% correct.  The average consumer doesn't want to have to
deal with all of the stuff that Windows makes you deal with.  The average
consumer shouldn't *have* to deal with everything Windows makes you deal with.
They want something that's easy and quick and will have all the bells and
whistles that Linux has.  Installing Windows on a computer that you use to
surf and chat and email is like buying an SUV to go to the grocery store and
drive the kids to soccer.
