I think the thing your missing Michael is the fact that everyone wants 
there computer to behave like windows and be like windows programs.  For 
example, the computer should freeze up for no reason.  Also when RPMs are 
installed on things like Mandrake or Red Hat, icons in KDE and Gnome should 
appear on the desktop for things like "20,000 free hours of AOL"
