Just so you know, Juno and NetZero merged some time back (to form
"United Online"), so if it comes down to choosing between those two it
(theoretically) shouldn't make a difference. Also, I'm fairly certain
that both did away with their banner ads for paid subscribers well
before the merger.

I recently was called to be the computer specialist in my stake (BYU
19th). One of the buildings where the computers I am responsible for
are located needs an Internet connection because the church is moving
most of the missionary application process online. Since the
connection will not need to move huge amounts of data, I am thinking
that dial-up should be fine.
I would like to find an ISP with a low monthly fee, unlimited access
(meaning no time limits on usage), and reliable connections (meaning
no busy signals and no unexpected carrier drops).
So far I have looked at netZero ($9.95) and Juno ($9.95), both of
which seem okay, but I have never used either. I would like some
recommendations / reviews from those of you who use (or have
previously used) dial-up ISPs with access numbers in Provo. Thank you
for your help.
