One of the points that I emphasized in the meeting is that "we've decided that the centralized model is better for us" is not an argument against git.
Git works fine with committing to centralized repositories, and it still provides advantages over tools like CVS and Subversion. Anyway, I thought it would be good to add a link that explains how to do centralized repositories with git: http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/docs/cvs-migration.html -- Andrew McNabb http://www.mcnabbs.org/andrew/ PGP Fingerprint: 8A17 B57C 6879 1863 DE55 8012 AB4D 6098 8826 6868
