One of the points that I emphasized in the meeting is that "we've
decided that the centralized model is better for us" is not an argument
against git.

Git works fine with committing to centralized repositories, and it still
provides advantages over tools like CVS and Subversion.

Anyway, I thought it would be good to add a link that explains how to do
centralized repositories with git:
