Actually, it *is* too late.  That's what the 4-3 vote last night
was: the Council has approved the sale.  It's true that the deal
doesn't close until the 30th, but Council approval is done.

That's unfortunate.  I was at the meeting last night and
expressed, not for the first time, my concern over turning iProvo
into a single provider network again.  (That's pretty much what
it was during the HomeNet debacle, which was the beginning of all
the problems that have come since.)

There does still exist a possibility that one side or the other
won't be able to make the closing by the June 30 deadline -- if,
for instance, Sorenson Capital finds some reason not to give
Broadweave their financing -- but it's very unlikely at this
point.
