I agree with you, Von.  I think the main reason iProvo has failed is
that they required ISPs to provide TV and phone service.  I personally
don't care if TV is available.  I'd rather have a good ISP like
XMission, and if someone else wants TV, they can use a different ISP.
And even though I want high bandwidth, who's to say that some other
customer might prefer an ISP with lower bandwidth but lower prices?

If Provo had been more open and had fewer regulations, I think that the
miraculous influx of customers would have happened a long time ago.
