Stuart recently posted a message to either the UUG or the PLUG (I can't
remember which).  It was extremely polite and basically said, "Have you
tried the following query in Google?  It looks like it might be
helpful."  Go back and look at the exact wording because he phrased it
better than I could.  Anyway, it was extremely polite and helpful, and
it demonstrated that searching online is the best way to find the
answer.
