I know that a lot of companies will kick back because of the expense or just the shear training and rethinking involved in the move. I have people who have used computers the same way for 20 years, and frankly they don't want to change because they finally get that black box to do something they need and are afraid that if they get out of their ritual, something will break and break badly. As far as Gmail's threading, it's worked fine for me. I've had a thread with ~50 emails from 5 different people all threaded correctly. I'm not sure what your experience has been. Besides, Michael, you're a great guy, there is no need to chase kids off the lawn, just let kids be kids. :) Robert LeBlanc Life Sciences & Undergraduate Education Computer Support Brigham Young University
