I had uniquely used ubuntu for 2 years and had a Debian afficionado tell me that I used ubuntu like a normal debian user uses debian. alas, I tried installing Debian on a g3 ppc laptop and found that it was awesome. It's hard to match the quantity of apps that one finds in the default debian repos (when, oh when will blender and htop find their way into the default rhel or sles repos?) ...
