Sad but true. The down side to a community led distro is that most of the community doesn't have a clue how to think like an administrator. Programmers are responsible for maybe three computers. Administrators are responsible for maybe three hundred computers. Programmers look at a computer and see a world of possibility. Administrators look at a computer and see a world of pain. Programmers think anything is possible. Administrators know that if anything goes wrong they'll have to fix it. Programmers think they are masters of the universe. Administrators know that the universe is a conspiracy against them. And that is why most administrators act like they hate programmers. -- "XML is like violence: if it doesn't solve your problem, you aren't using enough of it." - Chris Maden -------------------- BYU Unix Users Group http://uug.byu.edu/ The opinions expressed in this message are the responsibility of their author.
