I just looked again, and apparently there's a product called Zooom that does it too (though it looks a little different, using mouse motions instead of keys; maybe it's customizable). Both of them cost $15. I did the trial for Mondomouse, and it didn't help me very much on my laptop - it was too awkward to use with the trackpad for me, and I use spaces in such a way that I hardly ever have to resize or move any windows. I don't know of any free software that will do it.
