They haven't finished the federation yet and I don't know that they've released the code yet.
>From what I understood they will release the code when they release the 1.0 product - like they did with Chrome. It's possible to create a webpage that has a list of WAVEs that anyone on the list could access and edit, but I don't know how to make the index automatic yet.
