Has anyone messed with BKO from boot.kernel.org? I stumbled upon it today
and it looks neat. You can start an installer for
Debian/Ubuntu/Fedora/CentOS/Red Hat straight from the Internet. You can also
pull up live versions of Debian/Ubuntu/DSL/Fedora/Knoppix/FreeDos or use any
one of the several system tools available all in about 2 MB plus an HTTP
connection to the Internet.

I was going to try to build a super swiss army USB soon, I might change my
strategy after seeing BKO. This might be also useful for Install Fests. We
could set-up our own BKO server on phantom which could possibly use some of
the on-campus mirrors for Debian/Fedora/Ubuntu/etc for the heavy lifting and
need only one small loader on media (CD or USB or PXE server for no media at
all) to install any Linux OS. No need having lots of CDs.
