When I worked for OIT I found one out in Wyview in record time for the crew I was working with. I think it took me 5 minutes and probably 7 or 8 telnet sessions to get from one of the core routers down to the switch and turn off the guys port. I don't remember the exact time, but I remember I was able to do it without putting the "victim" on hold or call him back. The phone conversation wasn't even awkward. The first time I went looking for one it took me about 40 minutes.
