Hi, I have bathymetric data for the Columbia River Estuary in a terrain model and am trying to generate a thalweg line representing the deepest part of the river channel all along this length. Of course, the elevation of the thalweg changes drastically over this distance. Any ideas on the simplest way to generate the line? I've thought of generating contours and manually selecting (or tracing) the deepest ones, but is there a tool that would do this for me? Thank you!! Danelle
