Tyler,
I have stock needles (shimmed) . so think I'll remove the shims and leave the
"Y" in place, with the two 1" holes in it and see how that works. my mixture
screws are set at 2 turns out also and that seems to be fine.
yeah I like how quickly the choke can be opened and the bike just idles the
way it should.
I have noticed a different tone in the exhaust it seems to be much deeper.

Dennis,
Just did this ... myself .. and of course went a little darker than I
liked. I moved back down from 3 clip positions to 2 on the needles,
(amazing how much gas sneaks around those needles when they aren't
supposed to be doing anything), I might go back up 1/2 ... but seems
OK for now ... and has been done only since last week. I don't have a
"Y" anyhow ... don't know where it is !! I would think at this point
you could drop punt yours as well .. but I have the light springs,
(Dynojet). It also looks like all the mixture screws are going to be
happy at 2 turns or less, (pending touch up). I also have DJ150 PAJ2
jets .. I expected to have to go back the other way on those, (bigger
for more air), but have not done so yet either ... want to ride some
more and see how things look. I like this though ... as about 60
seconds after starting the engine it is solid ... no limp low end ...
