PCW, Mad Max, & UFO all sell FCR Flatslides. The stock intake manifolds
are not used (at least not with the ones I got from PCW) so there is NO
V-boost, BUT after you slap these puppies on I think you'll agree... Who
needs V-boost! It's ALL V-boost! I always wired mine straight open
anyway. The hardest part of the installation was squeezing the larger
carbs into the stock rubber boots. The kit I got from PCW included
Keihin 39 mm FCR carbs which are custom "racked" into a box (they are
originally set up for inline bikes) the manifolds, which look very
nice, and the throttle assembly. All for $1700. The carbs can be had
alone for about $1200 I think. UFO's are called V-gas and the velocity
stacks are outboard, looks real cool for about $1900. I'm not sure what
Civitello (Mad Max) sells his for.
