Bob, it's easy to do and my guess is that you have already checked it, but just in 
case....... Check that the plastic washer between the slide and the needle is sitting 
in properly with its pin inside the slide's hole.

Also as a double check, change places with the spark plugs, if the problem moves to 
another cylinder...............
