There's something special about concat when all arguments are arrays,
versus when some arguments are arrays and some are not. Here's a test case:
d8> Array.prototype[Symbol.isConcatSpreadable] = false
false
d8> [1].concat([2])
[1, 2]
d8> [1].concat([2], 3)
[[1], [2], 3]
In the first case, @@isConcatSpreadable is not respected, but it is in the
second case. Here are some other examples of the same phenomenon:
d8> [].concat([])
[]
d8> [].concat([], {})
[[], [], {}]
I'm having trouble figuring out why this is.
