You can follow the thread from the call to %SpecialArrayFunctions() in
array.js. Basically, the "concat" function installed on Array.prototype in
array.js is the C++ one (provided by %SpecialArrayFunctions). And then the
C++ one bails out under various circumstances to the $arrayConcat function
from array.js.
