It's worth the time to avoid the pproblems you will inevitably face
trying to get the PDW to work on different OS and browser versions.

No - you don't edit setup.lst - you edit the PDW itself. Find
setup1.vbp somewhere in your installation folder - then open that up
in VB and review the abilities and functions exposed to the actual
installer via setup.lst.
