Hi Oleg,

I understand you wish to have a GUI option.  I like GUI's for some
things but for copying/cloning a VDI, it's not what I'd like.  Just my
choice.  :)

The process I take is ( cobbled from [ 
http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?t=674 ]):

o merge all snapshots of the VM to be copied
o gracefully shutdown the VM
o use the O/S tools to copy the .VDI (e.g. `cp') - when you have
  different disks, far faster than   using VirtualBox tools.
o Use `VBoxManage internalcommands sethduuid my-new.vdi'
o Using the media manager make VBox aware of the new device
o Using the GUI, create a new VM and associate the new device
