Try the following:

   Window #1
   ---------
   # three second intervals, 40 counts:  3 x 40 = 120 elapsed seconds 
   sar -P ALL 3 40

   Window #2
   ---------
   # As root
   sar -dp 3 40

   Window #3
   ---------
   // Start VirtualBox //

Please post the results of the `sar' data.  More than likely, we'll
have to run through another iteration of `sar' data.
 
And I think I missed where you said `thank you' for the help so far.
