First, virtual USB device like the "absolute pointing device" are not
part of this list. Therefore if you enabled the "absolute pointing
device" and this device is used by the guest, then you will observe
this blinking LED.

Furthermore, a blinking LED does not necessarily mean that data is
exchanged with the host but it might also mean that the guest is trying
to initiate such a transfer.

But I guess your blinking LED is probably the result of the activity
of the "absolute pointing device".
