Hi John, You have several options: 1) Read the email archives - see http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_name=vbox-users-community 2) Change your list subscription to Digest 3) Setup an email filter to shunt all email from VirtualBox to a separate email folder - this is what I do.
