No need, developer of tun2socks here :) As was said, tun2socks is IP-level and not Ethernet-level (i.e. TUN not TAP). This means you can't use it in a bridge - but you *can* (and should) assign it an IP address and route into it. This, your VirtualBox-through-SOCKS scenario should just work if you set VirtualBox into NAT mode and set up tun2socks to handle all of the host's outgoing Internet connections (i.e. use it as the default route).
