Depending on exactly what you want to accomplish, you could either store the
guest inside a host encrypted filesystem, or install any of many full disk
encryption solutions (such as truecrypt) in the guest.  Basically the only
thing you can't do is run something TPM based such as BitLocker in the
guest.  And even then - If you set the Trusted Execution in host BIOS, you
might even be able to do that.

Basically - full disk encryption is completely independent of virtualbox,
and is barely even affected by virtualbox.  I think you should be looking
for FDE or WDE solutions separately and independent of VB
