The guest additions are included in the Virtual Box rpm as an iso file.
They end up in /usr/share/virtualbox/ as VBoxGuestAdditions.iso. They
have to be installed in the guest. Start the virtual machine and then
select Devices/Install Guest Additions... in the VM menu. Or point the
VM's CD/DVD Device to the iso file, open it in the Windows Explorer and
then run VBoxWindowsAdditions.exe from there. After installation they
show up in the Windows Task Bar.
