It is similar to an old bug solved in 4.1.20 version :

Perhaps it came back and not solved in 4.3.22_debian (experimental) version.

Workaround described in bug #10429 is correct : Configuring virtualbox
bridge with a fast Ethernet card instead of e1000 allows to see 802.1Q frames.

With PCnet Fast III It works !
