Thanks David I've changed two things that have helped a little, but I'm still using an extra USB keyboard and Mouse when starting my VM.
I changed pointing device to "USB Tablet" And I changed the Paravirtualization Interface to Hyber-v from Legacy. I checked all my Windows VMs and they were all Legacy. I'm quite sure that the Bluetooth keyboard and Trackpad is not playing well with VirtualBox at the moment.
