Just for the record, I installed successfully Debian 4.0 stable on a
128 MB VM. It has:

1) X environment with Gnome (it includes OpenOffice suite)
2) Apache 2.2.3-4, with php5 module
3) LDAP server
4) Samba Server acting as a PDC
5) Sendmail 8.13

Everything works perfectly!!
