Thanks Luis I must have a different version of VirtualBox than you, because the CD-ROM options I have are different.
> 1) CD-ROM: Select "Mount CD/DVD Drive" and choose "Host CD/DVD Drive > /dev/cdrom" If I go Settings -> CD/DVD-ROM, there is a tick in the box for "Mount CD/DVD Drive" and then there are two radio buttons, one for "Host CD/DVD Drive" with a dropdown box with "I:" already selected (and no other option possible) and one for "ISO Image File".
