Hi, I have a intel machine (Linux) that tells me: # uname -p x86_64
So I did download the 64 bit verison (http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/2.2.0/VirtualBox-2.2.0-45846- Linux_amd64.run) and installed it. No problem so far. When I want to install a 64bit guest from CD image VirtualBox keeps telling me: "This is a 32 bit machine. You cannot install a 64 bit guest." Please can anybdy help me?
