Workload:
browsing to web sites (HTTP), like google.com or intel.com or ping them
(ICMP)

Which failures you had in this basic use case? (as you see in my document, I
had no issues at all for this simple use case)

My tip:  once you have a problem write it down, and try to revert to default
NIC for this type of guest and try to simplify workload. (and revert to NAT)
