Quotas on Mail Directories

I know this may be a little off subject but I need to know if anyone knows a
way to have quotas based on an entire mail directory and not just the
"./Maildir/new/".

Problem is that programs like "sqwebmail" move the mail to other folders and
do not seem to be considered as part of the quota by "vpopmail".
