I'd say XFS. But with the restriction you have battery-backed caches and redundant PSUs. XFS is so fast cause of it's caching mechanism. A power failure without battery-backed caches or redundant PSU will make you cry. And after you cry chances are very big you'll cry a lot more due to corruption.
